MASTER LEVEL THERAPIST: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related human service from an accredited college or university with previous experience in a mental health field. Licensed in the state of Indiana with QMHP (or eligible). Full time position with Henry County Children & Family Services Program. Full-time position with Wayne County Children & Family Services Program. Salaried; exempt.
CLINICAL CASE COORDINATOR: Position exists to provide clinical coordination services to individuals (and affected family members) experiencing mental illness and/or substance abuse related problems, and/or substance abuse related problems, and/or families at risk. Minimum of Associate's degree or 60 credit hours from accredited four-year college or university. Part-time position with Wayne County ACT Team. Hourly; non-exempt.
REHAB SUPPORT SPECIALIST: Position exists to work with referrals within Dunn Center to monitor, educate and assist Adults in the performance of Activities of Daily Living in accordance with goals and problem areas. High school diploma or equivalent required. Part-time position with English Manor Program. Hourly; non-exempt.
