Our School-Based Services program began in 1998 in Randolph Eastern School Coporation in Union City. As of 2006, Dunn Center School-Based Services are operating in every school in Randolph County. School-Based Services staff collaborate with students, families, teachers and administrators. The mission of the program is to provide counseling services to youth to imporove their quality of life and to help them develop the necessary skills for becoming well-rounded and productive adults. Since 2004 the School-Based program has been partnering with Richmond Community Schools as well. Operation Respect, an anti-bullying program for students in grades 3-6, is part of the programming in both Richmond Community Schools and all Randolph County Schools.
