Employment & Training Services
Employment and Training Services (ETS) are provided in accordance with the Supported Employment strengths-based Evidence Based Best Practices. All ETS activities are intended to foster and enhance the inclusion of individuals diagnosed with emotional/psychiatric disabilities as identified through the DSM-IV diagnosis definitions of mental illness into community life through employment opportunities. Services are provided in collaboration with Vocational Rehabilitation Services of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration Services.
Our program is comprised of services including referral and authorization, assessment and person centered planning, job development, job coaching and job supports/follow along. Methods of treatments will include supportive employment, individual and group pre-employment and job readiness skills training interventions, activities of daily living (ADL) skills training, case management services and group training.
Employment and Training Services (ETS) will support individuals by helping them “Choose, Get and Keep” the jobs of their preference and; thus, promote enhanced opportunities for inclusion into the community for the people it serves.
Objectives
- To help individuals make employment choices based on his or her strengths, interests, and skills.
- To help individuals find and secure jobs based on his or her behavioral health care related employment goals.
- To help individuals maintain jobs or advance in a sequential way toward his or her stated employment goal.

Ticket to Work
Employment and Training Services are an Employment Network accepting Tickets to Work. Ticket to Work is an employment program for people with disabilities who are interested in going to work.
