Community Support System
Our community Support System encompasses a wide range of programming and service provision for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Specific service provision such as Case Management, Employment and Training Services, Individual and Group Counseling, Psychpharmacological Services and Residential Support are offered through specialized programming developed to best address recovery needs.
The most recent innovations implemented for the benefit of the Community Support System consumers are the opening of DC Wellness Clinic, a primary health care clinic for consumers, certification of our ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) team, and the groundbreaking for a new consumer housing option in Connersville, the Alberta Hopper Apartments.
